Kordofan

The Mother of Mercy Catholic Hospital in the Nuba Mountains of Sudan was the target of repeated bombings by the Sudanese Government late last week. The hospital, which is located in the conflict-ridden region of Southern Kordofan near the border with South Sudan, is the only medical centre in the area.

L’hôpital catholique Mère de la miséricorde sise dans les monts Nuba au Soudan a été la cible de bombardements répétés par le gouvernement soudanais qui ont eu lieu en fin de semaine dernière. Situé dans la région conflictuelle du Sud-Kordofan, près de la frontière du Soudan du Sud, l’hôpital est le seul centre médical de la région.
