Hello family and friends,
On April 7, 2020, from 8:15 am to 6 pm, the Celtic Grade 10’s, as well as myself, will take part in an extended one-day Share Lent Amazon awareness retreat and supporting fundraising walk. The program is facilitated by a Grade 10 leadership team and the theme is: Rooting for a just World. During the day’s reflection activities, “On Fire We Will Walk” for one hour to support the Amazon crisis, the fundraising goal is $50 per student and $5000 for the grade as a whole. This effort complements Sy. Pat’s overall Share Lent 2020 campaign.
